Stretch….and streeetch…
...and…...streeeeeeetch!
The following conversation might be familiar:
Jeff: So how are you going with the stretches I gave you?
Client: (pause) Um…yeah good.
Jeff: So how regularly are you doing them?
There was once a little vitamin called D, who got pushed around by the big A, B and C vitamins.
Nobody thought little vitamin D was useful.
In other words, are you bewitched, bothered and bewildered by sinus congestion and hay fever? I know it’s not spring yet, but it is amazing how just a change in any season can make a Snuffleupagus out of many a poor sod.
However, there is no need to suffer in silence anymore!
I have always been curious about the way in which we all seem to be striving toward this idea of perfection.
The perfect life with the perfect job (or, for some, not having to work at all), the perfect partner (otherwise known as ‘the one’….no, not Neo from The Matrix, the other ‘one’) and, of course, perfect health. Just downright squeaky, really.
So can you feel it yet? You know, the end of year pressure. And it seems to get heavier every year.
I’m talking about the pressure of: “I have to make sure I catch up with all those people that I haven’t so far this year…and finish the home renovation…and buy all my Christmas presents… entertain the kids…organise Christmas lunch…service the car…tidy the garage…”
And that cherry of all pressures: ‘Lets make this the best Christmas ever’.
